Agency Umbrella and Payroll

We developed a bespoke umbrella payroll system for a UK umbrella company management team, who needed to automate a previously manual process of calculating payslips for employees. This requirement came from the success they had growing their business, and forward planning based upon changes in IR35 legislation.

Heli Czech

Helicopter Flights and Training

Heli Czech are a private flight and training company that tsium began working with around the time of our inception. The first project was to create a Pilot Passport that was so well received that we were subsequently awarded a number of additional projects for new modules. We continue to support, extend and maintain the full suite of their custom software solutions.

Pilot Passport

We developed and maintain a bespoke pilot passport system for a helicopter flights and training company, who by law are required to keep track of the flights and flight times for each of their helicopter pilots, to ensure each flies sufficient hours to continue to qualify for their pilot licence.

Training and Attendance Administration

A training courses and student attendance administration system was later added as a secondary module, which includes recording student attainment. This doubles as a customer relationship management system which can be used to inform students of new courses that are available, or send reminders relating to licence renewal requirements.

Helicopter Maintenance and Stock Control System

A later project saw the addition of a helicopter maintenance and stock control system. It integrates with the other modules to ensure all helicopters scheduled for use are fully serviced and maintained, and the stock control system is used to ensure that all necessary items are in stock before any planned service occurs.

Principal Engineering

IT Service Solutions

Whilst working as part of a large consortia project headed up by Principal Engineering, we developed a number of systems for the Czech government to help them manage their internal processes and keep track of the hundreds of thousands of pieces of information pertinent to the public sector. Below is a summary of the core systems we developed as part of this project.

Customer Relationship Management System

As part of this project we developed a bespoke customer relationship management system for the Czech job centre. The system keeps track of claims made against companies and individuals as part of an overhaul of their entire IT system. It replaces a legacy system that was no longer fit for purpose due to the number of cases that needed to be stored, tracked and processed.

Attendance Booking and Tracking System

We developed a brand new custom attendance booking and tracking system for the Czech national cadastral registrar. The system keeps track of attendees of events, replacing a legacy system which was unable to integrate into their central core ERP system. It also collects data from the security passes used when people enter and leave venues, allowing attendees to be tracked in real-time.
